Each plot has 2 floors filled with large windows that let in both light and sea breeze. Each house has its own living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
There are 2 pools, one smaller located in the main house and the largest, which is an infinity pool, is on the third lot, which is the second largest house. In the infinity pool you can lie back on the loungers and sip a drink of the finest drinks while enjoying the incredible view of your own pool merging into the ocean with the golden glow of the late day sun stretching over the sea.
Counting all the bedrooms and bathrooms of all the houses are totaled 9 suites, 2 employee rooms and 3 more social bathrooms. The configurations of each suite are varied to suit the largest families and friends:

The balcony of the third house is perfect for events as it meets the green lawn and has a beautiful stainless steel barbecue and a wood oven perfect to bake that pizza carvery among friends! Besides being able to relax enjoying a great barbecue by the pool, you can enjoy the property's sauna.
The furniture and design of the houses mix a rustic with a modern style in a perfectly dosed combination. It is the tropical style of the luxurious houses of Buzios. In one of the lounges there is still a large rustic wooden pool table.
The lounges, bedrooms and other indoor environments are fully air-conditioned by powerful air-conditioners that ensure coolness on warmer days. Your garage can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and you can also park up to 5 more vehicles in the outdoor parking spaces.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
