On the first floor of the house there is a large room that respects the balance between contemporary and ecological with furniture and paintings that make anyone feel in touch with nature without neglecting modernity in addition to a suite and a guest room or private employee.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop on the counter and 2 built-in ovens to maximize food preparation and a large dining table with a capacity for 8 people.
The second floor of the house is separated by three comfortable air-conditioned suites and an excellent view of the property and the nearby forest.
The house is in a gated community just minutes from the beaches of Geribá and Manguinhos and offers the best that Búzios has to offer.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
