These include a large outdoor dining/BBQ terrace, pool area with a comfortable lounge and surrounding sundeck connected to the main house, a glass corridor that follows a multi-level fish pond sculpt into the indigenous stone features, a gazebo area ideal for lunch and relaxation, a solarium deck, a luxurious outdoor sea-view Jacuzzi, and a private beach.

The island is equipped with a Helipad for fast and easy access from Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, guests have the use of a 36ft’ speed boat, Phanton 345 Engine, for 11 people, including a full-time captain. Provides all the privacy you would expect from a remote personal retreat; however, with the included speed boat, guests are able to come and go from the island with ease, exploring the stunning natural sights of the bay of Angra dos Reis and the streets, restaurants, and nightlife of the area. By boat, it is less than 7 minutes from Frade and the town of Angra dos Reis or less than 1h20 from the city of Rio and the town of Paraty.
